Lazy Bear

San Francisco, US

Thanks to an adoring public keen to indulge more frequently in a Modern American dinner party, pop-up supper club Lazy Bear now operates out of a permanent abode in SF's Mission District. Tickets for chef David Barzelay’s scintillating 15-course tasting experience are released on the first of each month at 10am for dinners in the following calendar month. The meal, which highlights dishes inspired by the Californian wilderness, starts with snacks such as whipped scrambled eggs with bacon, maple and hot sauce. Diners will also get to experience Lazy Bear's iconic Cultured Butter and bread service before savouring dishes like dry-aged Sonoma County duck and coal-roasted wagyu ribeye. The wine cellar, curated by beverage director Jacob Brown, houses more than 10,000 bottles, including exciting vintages from California. Lazy Bear is happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions.
