Following up on the success of Napa’s revered Meadowood restaurant, chef Christopher Kostow and team created Charter Oak, an homage to the terroir and people of North California. St. Helena, the centre of the Napa Valley, is home to both the large dining room and the 3.5-acre farm that supplies the restaurant, while acting as a conduit to the community. A massive hearth serves as the focal point of the restaurant’s rustic aesthetic, as well as being utilised by the skilled kitchen team.
