It may be perched so close to the blue-green waters of Turtle Lagoon you’ll feel as if you’re floating, but the staples of this menu are all grown on the Ferragamo family’s own organic farm in the rolling hills of Tuscany, which has been their European home for more than 1,000 years. The mostly home-grown wine list has a strong focus on grapes of the Tuscan tradition (Merlot, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot), while the menu features upscale versions of the kind of recipes that never go out of style. Think homemade tagliatelle with black truffle, beef braised for hours and served with crunchy rosemary polenta, and a glorious selection of charcuterie.
