New to Dubai’s dining scene and already climbing the ranks, Chef Neha Mishra’s ramen-centric restaurant, Kinoya, has become a bucket list dining experience for anyone visiting the Emirate. Initially serving her dishes as an intimate yet extremely popular supper club in her own home, Mishra decided to take the leap and made her concept mainstream following the pandemic. It was an immediate success. Without a day of formal training to her name, Mishra’s knowledge of Japanese cuisine is derived from tasting experiences around the country and extensive reading. The result? A truly authentic and moreish selection of signature ramen, coupled with dishes from the robata grill and izakaya snacks. With a choice of four dining spaces: the main room, bar counter and two private dining rooms, each visit to Kinoya will never resemble the last.
