Focused on Uruguayan products and producers, Lo de Tere serves the best seafood from the Atlantic and local lagoons alongside the finest countryside ingredients. In a tasting menu of five, six or seven courses, the restaurant serves dishes such as mussels with herbs and garlic, octopus carpaccio, red crab salad and wild langoustine bonbon with wild mushroom consommé.
