Inspired by "Mare Nostrum," Latin for the Mediterranean Sea, Gin Mare took arbequina olives and elaborated them with three key botanicals from the Mediterranean gastronomy: basil, thyme, & rosemary, creating a uniquely textured, herbaceous, and savoury gin that pairs perfectly with good food and great company.
