Asia's top restaurant teams will gather in Hong Kong for the reveal of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, on 25 March 2026.
In 2026, Hong Kong will host the 14th edition of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. This marks the first time that this gastronomic powerhouse – which boasted an impressive seven restaurants in the 2025 edition of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants – will host these awards.
The event will culminate in the highly anticipated awards ceremony on 25 March, when the full list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants – and The Best Restaurant in Asia – will be revealed. Last year's list was topped by Bangkok's Gaggan, followed closely by two Hong Kong restaurants: The Chairman (No.2) and Wing (No.3).

In collaboration with host destination partner, Hong Kong Tourism Board, the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026 programme will feature a variety of events, all of which offer the chance to connect with the region's finest chefs.
There's a lot to look forward to, from #50BestTalks, a speaker series spotlighting some of the restaurant world's leading lights, to 50 Best Signature Sessions, exclusive collaborative dining experiences with chefs from across the region. There's also the Chefs' Feast, which will see the region's top talent gather to celebrate and enjoy the best ingredients and dishes of Hong Kong's food scene.

The awards ceremony marks the event's climax and will be streamed live on the 50 Best YouTube channel for viewers around the world to enjoy. The ceremony will also announce the event's special award winners, including the Icon Award and Chefs' Choice Award.
The winners of several awards, including the Art of Hospitality Award, Champions of Change Award and the One To Watch Award, will be revealed in the weeks before the Hong Kong events. In the run-up, the extended 51-100 list will also be unveiled, further highlighting the diversity and range within Asia's dynamic restaurant scene.
