Claude Troisgros of Olympe in Rio de Janeiro is the latest chef in Latin America to be crowned with the coveted Diners Club Lifetime Achievement Award.

Chef Troisgros took us to his local market in Rio to show us the produce that inspired the unique style of cooking he calls Franco-Brazilian cuisine.
