For the first time ever, the One To Watch Award for Asia 2016 has been awarded to a restaurant outside the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list, highlighting its potential as a rising star of the region. The winner of this accolade, sponsored by Peroni Nastro Azzurro, is Florilège in Tokyo, Japan.

At intimate 22-seat restaurant Florilège you'll find modern French cuisine with Japanese ingredients in a refined and stylish setting, and a multi-course tasting menu that includes sustainable beef, foie gras and refreshing mandarin.
