For the first time ever, the Asia’s 50 Best Bars event programme will host a duo of perfectly paired dining and drinks experiences that see leading global bartenders collaborate with chefs and restaurants within Wynn Resorts Macau.
From omakase sushi menus served alongside elegant sips infused with New York style to seafood fine dining matched with precision pours from some of Down Under’s best bartenders, don’t miss your chance to try these mixology tasting menus.
Reservations for all experiences will be bookable via Wynn’s reservation system. Please note, seats are limited and pricing and menu information will be released soon.
Drunken Fish x Maybe Sammy

For one night only, the indulgent, immersive theatrics of restaurant Drunken Fish joins forces with Sydney star bar Maybe Sammy (No.26 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024). Inside the opulent dining room, innovative executive chef Henry Zhang will serve a smorgasbord of carefully sourced ocean delicacies, while the pastel pink-jacketed bartenders from Maybe Sammy – the bar that always delivers a good night out – will serve signature sips specially crafted to match the menu.
Expect sensational cocktails, tableside serves and perhaps even a live fish auction.

Sushi Mizumi x Martiny’s

Pull up a chair at the 14-seat hinoki cypress wood counter hidden within Wynn Palace’s Mizumi restaurant and embark on a journey to discover Japan's unique culinary heritage. In this intimate space, master chef Hironori Maeda will craft a multi-course omakase tasting menu of seasonal Japanese delicacies.
Maeda’s carefully curated menu will be accompanied by drinks from Martiny’s cocktail maestro, Takuma Watanabe, giving guests a chance to taste the exquisite balance of old New York luxury and new Tokyo elegance that Martiny’s (No.24 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024) is known for.
