    Head of Partnerships

    Kate is responsible for all commercial partnerships across WBV and World's Best Sommeliers' Selection, working with wine producers and wine tourism destinations to raise awareness of excellence in the international wine community. Her introduction to fine wines came via the Bristol Bordeaux French School Exchange program and was reinforced by a six-month placement at Le Grand Hotel De La Reine, in Nancy. After working on women’s and car publications, Kate joined William Reed in 2014, starting on Harpers magazine.

    As Director of Community, Faye Huggett leads the strategy, governance and engagement programmes which underpin 50 Best. She oversees voting integrity and Academy governance across 50 Best's global rankings, while driving meaningful connections between our communities worldwide and overseeing event programme development.

    Before joining 50 Best in 2024, Faye spent nearly two decades developing strategic partnerships and engagement programmes across financial services, hospitality and technology sectors. Her experience spans sponsorship, events, premium experiences, and brand partnerships.

    A passionate traveller and dining enthusiast, Faye loves exploring destinations through their culinary traditions and sharing those experiences with family and friends.
