Though it's housed in an historic Buenos Aires building dating back to 1927, Casa Cavia's offering is pure 21st century. Its female-led team, comprising creative director Guadalupe García Mosqueda, head chef Julieta Caruso and head bartender Flavia Arroyo, showcases a modern, dynamic food and beverage offering in jaw-dropping surroundings, centred around a courtyard garden. Its this garden which Arroyo cites as her main inspiration for the cocktail offering, a menu packed with homemade ingredients, mixed in exciting botanical and fruit-infused creations like the Duranzo: a blend of peach bitter, Fiano wine and yoghurt, carbonated and served over a hand-carved block of ice.
