This subterranean cocktail den and World’s 50 Best Bars regular is found hidden behind a bulky refrigerator door at the back of a florist shop in Buenos Aires. While the speakeasy has become fairly universal, Floreria Atlantico is very much the Latin interpretation, with exquisite drinks from legendary mixologist Renato Giovannoni and a culinary offering guests can linger over for hours. Set near the docks, the space and menu takes inspiration from the story of BA's immigrants past and present, celebrating communities that landed in the city after Argentina returned to democracy in 1983.
