As the name suggests, Presidente represents the top-end of Buenos Aires cocktail culture. Opened in 2017, it's stylish and elegant, with chandeliers over the long bar, a winter garden and a private bar styled like a library. Classics and inventive signature serves have equal weight, with Negronis served alongside drinks such as the Instagram-worthy ‘Entre las Nubes’ (Among the Clouds), which is presented in a miniature hot-air balloon and made with Hendrick's Gin, cherry brandy, Strega, citric acid and rosemary. There's also a food menu by chef Martín Ávalos.
