Predictably, our favourite way to see a city is from a rooftop bar, and Trade Sky Bar is up there with the best (excuse the pun). Open for after-work drinks and bites from Monday to Friday, this chic bar also hosts a lively weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The cocktail menu here is all about the crowd-pleasers, with house cocktails like the 212 VIP Rosé – a blend of apricot-infused vodka, sparkling wine, orange liqueur, parfait amor and lime juice – a whole section of spritzes and aperitifs, plus a list of sparkling wines alongside all the usual suspects.
