Predictably, our favourite way to see a city is from a rooftop bar, and Trade Sky Bar is up there with the best, pardon the pun. Open for after-work drinks and bites from Monday to Sunday, the cocktail menu is all about the crowd-pleasers, with signature cocktails including the Negroni Porteño, a blend of gin, bitters, white vermouth, dulce de leche and malbec bitters – a whole section of spritzes and aperitifs, plus a list of sparkling wines alongside all the usual suspects.
