Heroing fresh Australian seafood and seasonal produce, the experience sees just ten seats snake around the jade-esque counter, allowing guests a front-row view to every single element and process. Over 10 courses you’ll witness Yoshii’s harmonious pairings evolve into picture-perfect nigiri and sashimi, of course, alongside creative dishes like crab served up inside persimmon, miso-marinated toothfish and cedar-smoked shiitake mushrooms. It's baked by clever wine and saké pairings, that complement dishes to a tee. Bookings open monthly, but you’ve got to be quick, it’s one of the hottest tables in town.
