Caprice has always been known for quintessential French fine dining – the perfect date place – offering outstanding views of the Victoria Harbour. Since 2017, the kitchen has been under helm of executive chef Guillaume Galliot, previously of The Tasting Room in Macau. Dishes such as wagyu and oyster tartare with Kristal caviar and Alaskan king crab with crustacean never fail to impress. Desserts are equally inspired, with a standout banana chocolate mille feuille.
