Its original and flagship branch in Wan Chai offers several different menus over its four floors, with dim sum, business and VIP set menus for groups of up to 150 diners. House specials include braised whole Yoshihama abalone, double-boiled bird’s nest with coconut milk, roasted suckling pig and crispy roasted baby pigeon.
