Discover taste buds you never knew you had at NeSo, helmed by young chef Guillaume Sanchez, who closed his first restaurant, Nomos, following success on TV show Top Chef. His new venture includes a ground-breaking menu developed around the processes of fermentation and cold extraction. Against a backdrop of honey-hued stone walls and blonde wood, Sanchez’s dishes are works of art. Expect the likes of langoustine carpaccio with caviar and scallop with sea urchin – as you’ve never known them before. Cocktail bar Neso 2 opened in 2019.
