A tiny Franco-Asian kitchen in Les Halles that remains as hip now as when it opened in 2009. Yam’Tcha defies characterisation by blending French and Asian cooking while refusing to bow to the rules of either. Husband-and-wife team chef Adeline Grattard and Chi Wah Chan change the menu daily and will serve bread and cheese alongside comté bao and smoked tofu salad. Chan is front of house and selects all the teas, which can be paired to any of the dishes.
