Ze Kitchen Galerie

Paris, France

Guy Savoy-trained chef William Ledeuil deftly marries French technique with Asian flavours, swapping traditional seasonings for ginger or galangal, cream for coconut milk and parsley for Thai basil, with citrus fruits aplenty for added zing. The gallery-esque space boasts an open kitchen, glossy wooden floorboards and works by contemporary artists including Daniel Humair and Tony Soulié. Ledeuil’s menu, which changes every five weeks, typically features fragrant broths, grilled meat and fish and indulgent desserts. A second outpost, Ze Kitchen Galerie Bis, in the 6th arrondissement, offers tapas-style small plates.
