This hip restaurant is the brainchild of Berlin 'incubator' the Contemporary Food Lab (CFL). If that makes you feel old, relax. Panama is a laid-back venue with an open-air courtyard specialising in small Latin American-inspired plates. Enjoy pickled trout with chorizo and pumpernickel; fried chicken with cabbage, chilli and maple syrup; and braised pork cheeks with grilled pineapple and Thai basil. Wash it down with a ‘Thai Wit Boilermaker’ (lemongrass witbier, lime and mango bourbon) before plucking up the courage to ask what CFL means by 'incubator’. Spoiler: they stage cutting-edge food pop-ups and run this and the equally renowned Katz Orange.
