Victoria Bar has been tucked away in Mitte since 2001, standing the test of time over the ensuing two decades as cocktail culture re-exploded across the world. This is not a bar that pays mind to trends, rather the team know their craft inside out, with a wealth of historic cocktail knowledge and all-important experience at their fingertips. There's a mix of table and counter seating, but we'd recommend pulling up a bar stool to watch the masters at work and – most importantly – to talk through your options, as it's rather easy to get overwhelmed by the dozens of lesser-known classics on offer.
