The Ritz-Carlton's resident cocktail bar can be found hidden behind curtains just off its magnificent lobby – although the sound of live music may give its location away before you make it that far. Inspired by Berlin's 1920s Golden Age, this is an urban oasis serving top-class cocktails from a beautiful illustrated menu divided by drink style. As well as a range of champagnes you can toast with a decadent Truffle-tini – featuring grape skin vodka, gin, white vermouth and truffle. Non-alcohoic options are given equally careful attention, with an Italian Stallion featuring Italian zero percent aperitif, honey, blackcurrant, lemon, jasmine and soda. There's also an extensive cigar selection on offer, with smokes ranging in source from the Dominican Republic and Brazil to Honduras and Nicaragua.
