Behind a discreet facade in Budapest’s trendy Palace District lies the Hungary’s first Michelin-star restaurant. Head chef Miguel Rocha Vieira learnt the ropes at the apron strings of Ferran Adria and Anne-Sophie Pic and his stylised plates show their delicate touch.
