Try the likes of Parisian Bling, with lavender gin and citrus, or Love Bug, a highball of cucumber, lime, tequila and soda water. The kitchen is helmed by Dhruv Oberoi, whose childhood passion for cooking saw him go on to work in kitchens around the world, including that of legendary chef, Ferran Adrià. Oberoi commands an accessible European menu of refreshing plates, such as spiced beetroot and sea buckthorn salad; seaweed and avocado ceviche; crab and mango tart; Berber spice-cooked sand lobster and cauliflower; and pork belly glazed with rose and bacon. There's a selection of homemade pastas and risottos, and the desserts are magical.
