With cases of wine bottles embedded in the floors and various mezzanine levels, Glass Hostaria’s statement interiors are a daring splash of ingenuity in the Trastevere (meaning ‘beyond the Tiber’) district. Christina Bowerman draws on her childhood spent in Puglia, as well as American and Asian influences to create modern Italian fusion food.
