Perched on the ninth floor in the Ginza Tower, alongside Bulgari's flagship store and hotel, this gem (and Asia’s 50 Best regular) brings Italian elegance to Tokyo's top shopping district. The seasonal dishes, high ceilings and chandeliers are as sophisticated as the fashionistas in Ginza Avenue below. Expect such delicacies as spaghetti with sea urchin and lettuce in the summer and Hokkaido venison with salsify in the winter, cooked up by Luca Fantin, who was once voted the world's best Italian chef. Dessert, created by Fabrizio Fiorani, who was named Asia's Best Pastry Chef in 2019, is just as distinguished. The ‘Lampone 1.1’ (11 textures of raspberry) is a triumph.
