Hiroyuki Kawamura is renowned for his Western-influenced cooking style and uncompromising commitment to provenance, showcasing some of Japan's finest Tajima and Kobe beef. Signature courses begin with delicately seared beef assortments and deeply flavourful oxtail soup before progressing to expertly grilled sirloin or fillet steaks. Highlights include Special Choice and Prime Kobe beef, as well as the coveted Champion Beef from Kobe's highest-awarded cattle. For an extra indulgent experience, premium steaks can be paired with live black abalone or spiny lobster. Clear, intense beef consommé is mind-blowing in its confident simplicity; wagyu tartare is as smooth as pure silk; and blushing steak so tender you could slice it with a spoon. Soak it up with fried garlic rice.
