A single lantern beckoning down a dark side street, bamboo motif walls and a simple, crosshatch ceiling, Kojima oozes classic good taste. Michio Kojima is famed for his hospitality, as well as his cooking, and never sets end times for reservations. Start with a selection of otsumami (snack) dishes, such as horsehair crab with vinegar sauce, before moving on to sushi, unusually prepared with unmarinated fish for an ultra-pure flavour.
