Co-founded by pedigreed duo Holly Graham and Tom Egerton – the latter of whom conceptualised and opened 50 Best stalwart Argo at the Four Seasons Hong Kong – this stylish temple for caviar and champagne, agave spirits and cheekily designed cocktails debuted on the 51-100 extended list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 at No.53. At the heart of the venue is a show-stopping bar top carved from 300-year-old reclaimed shrine wood that snakes through the main room and invites guests to pull up a seat right next to bartenders. But, like the cocktails that balance sophistication with playfulness, such as the hot dog-flavoured Gibson-esque Glizztini, the cosiness of the stylish bar is elevated by stunning views of Tokyo Tower from the bar’s balcony and rooftop space – an attraction that's worth a stop alone.
