Toca da Raposa
This original, contemporary cocktail bar has its finger on the pulse when it comes to sustainability trends. Toca da Raposa’s founder, Constança Cordeiro, highlights seasonal, foraged and locally-made ingredients in her bar when she’s not running foraging expeditions in the forests outside of Lisbon. Back in the bar you’ll find a playful hand-drawn menu featuring deceptively simple drinks – each simply named after an animal – packed with flavour and complexity. Beyond those there’s a concise, complementary selection of craft beers and organic wines alongside a handful of perfectly-pitched bar food options.
