Wolfgang Puck's Cut, with its various outposts around the world, might be considered a steak specialist, but the drinks offering is anything but an afterthought. This Singapore spot, Puck's first in Asia, is no exception, starting with its selection of more than 500 international wines. The cocktail menu takes a similar expansive approach, with sections divided by base spirit. The largest of these is dedicated to gin, with cocktails such as the ‘She So…Honey’, made with Old Raj, shiso umeshu, yuzu, cucumber and honey.
