Swing by early for coffee, or later on to work your way through one the city’s coolest cocktail lists, compact and razor sharp, with a section dedicated to Highballs made with all manner of interesting in-house creations – carbonated honeydew or lacto-fermented plums, anyone? A quartet of classics such as a Pornstar Martini and Bloody Mary are reinterpreted and elevated almost beyond recognition, and there’s a properly cool wine list to choose from too, including a solid selection of orange wines. Don’t get us started on the food... There’s a reason – or many – that this chilled-out, contemporary spot is ranked No.8 in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021.
