Where Spain and Asia come together via the chopstick. Dos Palillos (‘two chopsticks’ in Spanish) is tapas inspired by Japanese, Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine. There’s an à la carte dim sum selection and a street food menu available at the no-reservations bar, but the best bet is to opt for one of Albert Raurich’s tasting menus. The 21 and 28-course journeys work through everything from black truffle mochi to red prawn sushi and wagyu beef terimochi. Legendary Spanish chef Ferran Adrià has called it “the most important Asian restaurant outside of Asia”.
