While you might expect a bar in Zurich’s red-light district to be all things hedonistic, Late Bloomers is, full-throatedly committed to the planet. Since opening in late 2022, sustainability has been the MO here, using modern techniques and equipment to create next level coffee and cocktails whilst minimising environmental impact, with the team operating around a zero-waste ethos, and all production run on renewable energy. A comfortable, intimate setting by day, but on weekends, it transforms into a destination for local DJs spinning funk, new disco and hip-hop.
