Panang curry of grain-fed black angus beef and chargrilled langoustine salad with northern Thai forest ingredients are the sort of fiery, colourful dishes you can expect from the regularly changing menu. The shopping centre location is soon forgotten after stepping in to the restaurant, with a neutral colour palette, curved booths offering privacy, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large spiral silk cocoon sculpture serving as a centrepiece and talking point.
