Hidden within what looks like a vintage barbershop – one that's ostensibly owned by a panda – lies one of Edinburgh's best cocktail bars. Here you'll find a theatrical, Prohibition-style space, with quirky decor. The cocktail list is no less quirky, with accounts of 1920s hair driers alongside inventive drinks like ‘The Fennel Countdown’, with Havana 7 Rum, Laird’s Applejack, apple soda, lime juice and a toasted fennel seed and mint cordial. ‘The Bamboo Cocktail’ from the classics section is rather appropriate, too.
