The Bon Vivant's Companion was the second of Stuart McCluskey's bars and restaurants to open in Edinburgh. You can find it down a little cobbled street, next door to the original (multi-award-winning) The Bon Vivant and opposite his Mexican restaurant, El Cartel. It's more of a super-premium off-licence than a bar, with an incredible selection of wines, beers and craft spirits, but there's also a regular schedule of tastings and masterclasses to help you get to know the range better.
