Scottish chef Adam Handling’s flagship in Covent Garden is the showcase for seasonal dishes in a stripped-back, stylish dining room. A five-course tasting menu takes diners through the likes of 'Mother' a wonderful combination of celeriac, apple, date and truffle, mushroom agnolotti with black garlic, and salt-aged duck served with peach and burnt cream, while the longer ‘Adam’s’ tasting takes in additional courses such as scallops, oyster and caviar, and a dessert of bergamot, stout, miso and smoked Earl Grey. There’s an à la carte menu and vegetarian options, as well as an eclectic wine list, cocktails and non-alcoholic pairing.
