Chef Tom Sellers conceived Restaurant Story in 2013 to tell his own story and that of British cuisine. A six-course lunch and a ten-course dinner menu expose the best British produce in highly creative and evocative dishes such as snail porridge, bread served with a candle made from beef dripping, platinum caviar with golden beetroot and a spin on the Oreo cookie. The serene dining room with its storybook decor is just moments from the Thames river and historic Tower Bridge in up-and-coming Bermondsey.
