Tucked inside the super-luxe Rosewood Hotel in central London and name after the legendary British artist and caricaturist Gerald Scarfe, this is a perfect mix of a classic lounge bar and eccentric drinking den. Scarfe’s own collection of surreal paintings decorate the marble walls, transforming the bar into an art gallery. The current menu, created collaboratively by the entire bar team, is based on musical genres. Try a Silk Sonic for a velvety combination of gin, golden kiwi, bergamot liqueur and fig leaf tonic. It all goes terribly well with the daily live jazz sessions. Grab a leather chair by the roaring fire and settle in for the evening.
