Guests are greeted in an art-adorned lobby by flamboyantly dressed staff, then led up a fantastical staircase to a glass‑ceilinged dome lined with pristine white leather walls, dotted with flouncy linen-topped tables and decorated in eye-popping, jewel-like tones. However, despite the theatrical surroundings, it's the food that really commands attention.
