A focused menu of 30 riffs on classic cocktails offers something for everyone, showcasing an impressive range of base spirits, including vodka, gin, tequila, rum, whiskey and cognac. On paper, the drinks may appear deceptively simple, but a glance across the bar reveals remarkable craftsmanship in every glass – from a Grasshopper topped with shaved ice to a Breakfast Martini served with honey toast for dipping.
