The team runs a "One Bottle Only" initiative, pouring a standout bottle by the glass each day, while a monthly wine club introduces the community to global vineyards. In the kitchen, chef-founder and wine director John Yelinek delivers French-influenced plates, placing emphasis on ingredients grown just a few yards away, reimagining classics such as lamb tartare with tahini and nostalgic 'drive-thru' hash browns, topped with amber kaluga caviar and sour cream.
