Andrés has created a mind-expanding 25-course tasting menu (Somni is Catalan for ‘dream’) that effortlessly showcases the evolution of his intricate fine-dining style. The elegant, curved kitchen-side counter means diners can interact with head chef Aitor Zabala and his team as they prepare truffle-infused caviar or stewed pig’s tail bun. The elegant salon uses natural elements such as marble and wood – and houses a fish tank for live seafood.
