A New Orleans legend reimagined by a new generation for a new generation. Founded in 1990 by Emeril Lagasse, the Warehouse District kitchen is now led by his son EJ Lagasse, following stints cooking at Frantzén in Stockholm and Core by Clare Smyth in London. Emeril's juxtaposes the clinical precision of the kitchen with a dining room designed to feel relaxed and inviting. A polished mosaic of end‑grain flooring is paired with plush banquettes and views into the glass‑walled kitchen. Fan favourites include the chowder-esque oyster stew, smoked salmon cheesecake layered with aged Petrossian caviar, and the Potato Alexa: a pan-roasted potato filled with mushroom duxelles, then covered with shaved black truffle. Enjoy a behind-the-scenes glimpse of life on the pass at the start of the meal, with canapés served in the kitchen before arriving at the tablecloth-clad dining area.
