There are now two branches of speakeasy Dear Irving in Manhattan, following the launch of its Times Square establishment earlier this year, but it's the original we're talking about here. Its inventive menu is split into four sections: 'Spring Fling' is a selection of light, seasonal cocktails, 'Hot Ticket' is a choice of spicy drinks, 'Rum the World' is, unsurprisingly, made up of rum-based concoctions and, finally, there's 'Tried & True', which showcases some of the bar's original creations that have stood the test of time.
