Taking inspiration from global kitchens, enjoy her brightly coloured dishes such as Brussel sprout tacos, spinach mille-feuille and Chinese-style smoked cabbage hot pot – all of which have been designed to share. Try a savoury cocktail such as the ‘Radish Gibson’ to go along with the food. The wine list only comprises vintages produced by women. Of note: Dirt Candy was New York’s first restaurant to share profits with employees and ditch tips.
