A white-marble bar and delicate garlands of dried leaves and flowers are the primary decorations at this prepossessing lunch spot, which is named after the owner Kristen D. Murray's much-loved pet rabbit. Murray draws on childhood memories of her great aunt's fragrant garden – abundant with fruits, herbs and flowers – as well as technical skills learned under acclaimed French pastry chef Christine Ferber, to create concise, carefully constructed menus that you will always struggle to choose from. Oysters served with fig leaf oil and raspberries sit alongside pickled spot prawns with trout roe; fluffy quiches are a light companion to seasonal greens and the homemade pastries taste as exquisite as they look. This is the place to fika with a peach and pistachio anise seed tart or a currant and rosemary scone with creme fraiche and candied kumquat.
